These terms govern the use of our AI analytics platform, the responsibilities of both parties, and the limits of our liability. Please read these points carefully before using the services.
NexusAI provides a cloud-based platform for data analysis, machine learning models, and real-time dashboards. The specific scope of functions, data sources, and individually configured evaluations are defined in the respective contractual agreement. The platform supports companies in decision-making but does not replace professional advice in the respective areas of application.
You are responsible for the legality of the data you upload to the platform, as well as for compliance with the GDPR and other applicable regulations. Access credentials must be kept confidential. It is prohibited to misuse the platform, for example by introducing malware, circumventing access restrictions, or extracting third-party data sets.
We operate the platform with reasonable care and secure the infrastructure using industry-standard measures. Continuous availability without interruptions cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance windows, scheduled updates, or short-term disruptions will be announced where possible. We are liable for intent and gross negligence in accordance with statutory provisions.
The forecasts and analyses provided are based on the input data and statistical models. They do not constitute a binding promise regarding future business results. We assume no liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss that are not due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.
Contracts for the use of the platform run for the agreed term and are only extended upon explicit agreement. Both parties may terminate the contractual relationship for good cause without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods or exported in a common format upon request.
We adjust these terms when legal framework conditions or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will inform you of material changes in good time by email. If you do not object to the change within four weeks, it is deemed accepted. Your right to terminate remains unaffected.
